1. Arms (if applicable):
Turn seat upside down. Unscrew knob from each arm bracket. Slide arms into arm brackets. Re-insert and tighten knobs.
2. Footring (if applicable):
Twist and slide footring onto lift cylinder. Tighten knob on footring to lock in desired position.
3. Casters:
Insert casters into holes in base.
4. Pneumatic Lift / Cylinder:
Place lift cylinder into base (with footring attached if applicable). Wide end of cylinder goes into base toward the floor and narrow end faces up.
5. Seat:
Place seat onto lift cylinder (with arms attached if applicable). Cylinder stem will align with receiving hole in mechanism under the seat.
6. Back:
Retrieve small plastic packet from flat bar extending from back cushion. Slide back cushion's flat bar into slot in mechanism. (Mechanism's slot extends from rear of bottom cushion.) Remove plug from small plastic packet and insert it into the hole at end of back cushion's flat bar. This prevents the back cushion from being pulled out of the chair.
7. If all else fails:
