Ordering Information:
When placing an order, include part number and quantity desired for each item. No minimum quantity is required. Orders may be placed by fax, telephone, mail, or e-mail. All orders are subject to acceptance by our credit department.
Freight Policy:
Items are shipped using FedEx, UPS, and motor freight carriers. Freight charges will be "prepaid" and added to the invoice unless "freight collect" or "3rd party billing" is requested when the order is placed.
Payment Terms:
Net 30 Days (with credit application and approval)
Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Orders and shipments may be delayed until past due accounts are brought into current status. Delinquent invoices are subject to finance charges and collections fees.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, when the order is placed. Card will be charged when order is shipped. Payments by credit card made on account balances will have appropriate finance charges added from the date of each invoice.
C.O.D.
Small shipments can be sent C.O.D. Fee charged by carrier will be added to the invoice.
Claims and Returns:
Claims for shortage in shipment or damaged goods must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. All discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged items must be returned to us before credit will be issued. Returns must have an authorization number.

All dimensions, weights, and measurements are approximate.
Modifications and Variances
The right to make changes in prices, design, dimensions, construction, components, and/or available options is at the sole discretion of Superior Unlimited Corp., the manufacturer of SUCCESS chairs.
