All three of our seat bottom sizes are contoured with a waterfall front to provide ergonomic support and comfort for task intensive use.
Our seat pan is made from 9-ply hardwood.

Vinyl - Vinyl fabric:
Sherpa/Shire - Polyolefin fabric: Woven material in a rainbow of colors, ranging from vivid solids to woven mixtures of complimentary colors.
Foam -
No additional charge for foam (cost is included in the price of backrests and bottom cushions).
We
use 2 to 3 ½” of contoured foam on our seats, rated at 1.8/55, which is a
premium grade and highly resilient foam. By adhering to this stringent
standard, we are able to provide the additional support needed to prevent
the cushion from wearing out. Our foam is also wrapped over the edge of the
9-ply hardwood seatpan and backrest prior to fabric application to prevent
the fabric from being worn from the inside due to abrasion against the
wood.
